Steph Foster - Co-Founder
Stephanie brings experience across education, employment services, community engagement and event planning. With a passion for bringing people together, building relationships and creating meaningful experiences, she understands the importance of connection, communication and creating environments where people feel supported to thrive.
Kelly Cruz - Co-Founder
Kelly brings experience as a qualified social worker and employment mentor, with a strong understanding of people, relationships and the factors that influence individual and team experiences. Her people-centred approach, combined with her passion for supporting others to recognise their strengths and reach their potential, brings valuable insight to TRIADA's work.
