Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to TRIADA People & Purpose Consulting.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the services we provide.
TRIADA is a people and purpose consulting business focused on supporting organisations to strengthen workplace culture, improve communication, enhance employee engagement and create meaningful connections within their teams.
By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Our Services
TRIADA provides workplace culture and people-focused consulting services, which may include:
-
Culture reflection and insight workshops.
-
Cultural clarity and improvement planning.
-
Employee engagement and team connection initiatives.
-
Workplace communication and collaboration support.
-
Culture Improvement Plans (CIPs).
-
Facilitation, event planning and related consulting services.
The specific scope, deliverables, timeframes and fees for each engagement will be agreed upon with the client before services commence.
We may update, expand or modify our services from time to time.
3. Enquiries and Engagements
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not create a client relationship or guarantee that TRIADA will provide services.
A formal engagement may be confirmed through a written proposal, service agreement, accepted quotation or other written confirmation between TRIADA and the client.
Where a separate service agreement or proposal applies, its specific terms will operate alongside these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency, the agreed written service agreement will take precedence to the extent of that inconsistency.
4. Fees and Payment
All service fees, payment arrangements and applicable charges will be communicated to the client before an engagement begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
-
Invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice.
-
Any deposit or upfront payment requirements will be communicated before booking confirmation.
-
Additional services or work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, subject to client approval.
-
Any applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be identified in the relevant quotation or invoice.
If payment is overdue, we may contact the client to arrange payment and, where legally permitted and reasonably appropriate, suspend further services until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Any cancellation fees, late-payment charges or other additional costs will only apply where properly disclosed, agreed and permitted by law.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances can change. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, consultation or other booked service should notify TRIADA as soon as reasonably possible.
Any cancellation periods, rescheduling arrangements, refunds or applicable fees will be set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
TRIADA will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
If TRIADA needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we will communicate this to the client and work towards an appropriate alternative arrangement.
Nothing in this section limits any rights a client may have under applicable Australian Consumer Law.
6. Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver effective and meaningful services, clients agree to:
-
Provide accurate and relevant information reasonably required for the engagement.
-
Ensure that relevant staff and stakeholders are informed about the purpose and arrangements of the engagement.
-
Provide reasonable access to agreed participants, information and resources.
-
Communicate relevant changes, concerns or requirements in a timely manner.
-
Ensure they have the necessary authority to provide any information or materials shared with TRIADA.
-
Respect the professional boundaries, time and expertise of TRIADA and its representatives.
The quality and usefulness of our recommendations may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by the client.
7. Nature of Our Advice
TRIADA provides people-focused consulting, facilitation and workplace culture support. Our services are intended to assist organisations to reflect on their practices, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical strategies.
Our recommendations are based on the information available to us and the agreed scope of work.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, employee responses, productivity improvements, retention rates or cultural changes. Outcomes depend on a range of factors, including organisational circumstances, leadership decisions and the implementation of recommendations.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological or clinical advice. Clients should seek appropriately qualified professional advice where required.
8. Confidentiality
TRIADA recognises that workplace culture engagements may involve sensitive business information and personal perspectives.
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information disclosed to us during an engagement and will use it only for legitimate purposes connected with providing our services, administering our business or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Clients are responsible for informing their employees and other participants about the nature of any engagement and ensuring that appropriate permissions and notices are provided.
Where workshops or consultations involve employee feedback, the extent to which individual comments, identifying information or aggregated findings may be shared will be explained and agreed upon as appropriate for the engagement.
We encourage open and honest participation, but we cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality unless suitable arrangements are in place.
9. Privacy and Personal Information
TRIADA respects the privacy of website visitors, clients and individuals who engage with our services.
Any personal information collected through our website or in connection with our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about the personal information we collect, how it is used, how it may be disclosed and how you can contact us regarding privacy matters.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in TRIADA's pre-existing materials, frameworks, methodologies, templates, workshop resources, branding, website content and original materials remain with TRIADA or their respective owners.
Clients may use materials specifically supplied to them for their own internal business purposes, subject to any applicable licence or written agreement.
Clients must not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, modify or commercially exploit TRIADA's materials, frameworks or resources without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Any client-owned materials supplied to TRIADA remain the property of the client. The client grants TRIADA permission to use those materials to the extent reasonably necessary to deliver the agreed services.

We do not warrant that our website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
Where permitted by law, and where applicable to the services supplied, our liability may be limited to the resupply of the relevant services or the cost of having those services supplied again.
Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Indemnity
